Description:
The debate rages over Marlin vs Winchester as America's deer gun. This is a Marlin full-size with straight stock, nice wood, and good metal. The defects appear quite superficial in the form of blush rust (maybe), and a handling mark or two. The S/N 00120xxx implies a YOM of 2000, and the presence of the cross-bolt safety lends credence. There is a JM stamp on the barrel. .30-30 Winchester
