Winchester Model 77 in .22 Long Rifle. The Model 77 was introduced in 1955 and was touted as "squirrel rifle accuracy in a modern fast-shooting firearm". It was a commercial success with some 217,000 produced. It was discontinued in 1963. The Model 77 was a blowback-operated sporting rifle that fed from a detachable box magazine. No box.
