Description:
Savage Arms Stevens Favorite Model 30 .22 Rifle Recreation
Offered here for sale and just acquired is a  very attractive “recreation” of the classic Stevens Favorite .22 rifle. This Savage Arms Stevens Favorite Model 30, serial number 0073846, is a modern recreation of the classic Stevens Favorite rifle, which was originally introduced in the late 19th century. Savage Arms reintroduced the Stevens Favorite line in 1999 with the Model 30G. This model features a lever-action, single-shot design chambered in .22 Long Rifle, with a 21" half-octagonal barrel and a walnut stock with a Schnabel forend .
The rifle's appears to be used very little if at all, appearing unused with all original finish intact and only minor dried oil on the metal.  The is a slight  fault in the wood grain on the left side of the wrist which is a natural characteristic of the wood and should not affect the rifle's functionality.
This Model 30G combines the classic design of the original Stevens Favorite with modern manufacturing, making it a valuable piece for collectors and enthusiasts of vintage-style rimfire rifles.
