Description:
This Winchester Model 12 Manufactured in 1959 appears to have started its life as a standard model 12 with a cylinder choked barrel. However, as made apparent by the police rack number on the bottom of the stock, it was purchased and modified by a police department for use as a Riot/Patrol shotgun. Evidence of this modification comes from the slight unevenness of the crown and the bead which can be felt protruding slightly into the barrel. Overall condition of this shotgun is good, with good function to all of the internal parts and some areas of mid pitting externally. The stocks show moderate wear and some small hairline cracks forming in the wrist.
