The ROMARM PSL (also known as the PSL-54C) is Romania’s answer to the legendary Dragunov sniper rifle. Chambered in 7.62x54R, this rugged, battle-proven platform was designed for designated marksmen and military sharpshooters. It delivers powerful long-range performance and classic Eastern Bloc styling.
Manufactured at the Cugir Arsenal and imported into the U.S., this rifle combines Cold War history with practical, semi-automatic functionality. While it resembles the Russian SVD, the PSL is built on an enlarged AK/RPK platform, known for its reliability and ease of maintenance.
