Description:
Designed for carry and home defense, Smith & Wesson® SD40 VE Semi-Auto Pistol operates with a striker-fired action (no external hammer) that's activated with a 2-piece Self Defense Trigger for consistent pull. This pistol has a distinctive two-tone look with a polymer frame and contrasting stainless steel slide. The textured grip aids with control. A standard Picatinny rail under the muzzle and built into the frame allows easy accessory attachment. Other desirable features found on this S&W SD40 pistol are aggressive front and backstrap texturing, front and rear serrations on the slide to aid with operation, and textured thumb slats on the side of the frame above the trigger.
