Winchester 3rd Model 1876 Lever Action Rifle 45-75 Cal, Bore is near Exc, Mech Exc works well, Wood is original and VG buttplate has the compartment, Has an original 28” Oct barrel with Excellent address and cal markings and Original sights rear sight is a long range dated 1876. The receiver has an original dust cover and the top tang is marked Model 1876 with the lower tang having the serial#43093 Mfg’d 1884. Metal overall is smooth and unpitted brown patina finish, has sharp edges. Very well taken care of showing no abuse. The brass carrier has patina finish strong 45-75 marking.
