Springfield M1 Garand Rifle Mfd 1957 Last year of production with parkerized finish, 3 piece oil finished walnut stock. Circle "P" inspection on pistol grip with US Ordnance cartouche on left side of stock. All Springfield parts and mounted with Green cotton M1sling. Muzzle ME measured 1 Throat TE measures 3. Chamber and throat remain bright finish indicating original finish. Barrel dated SA 3-56. Condition, Excellent with over 97% original grey green parkerized finish remaining. Bright sharp bore. Stocks are very fine , full sized and having some light period of use impressions and bruises. Mechanically excellent
