This case shows no maker label but is marked with the number 75 over 1890. This case has been used with light age soling on the light brown leather with one dent and some loose stitching on lid hinge. The over-all condition of this case is very good. Inside lined with a light muslin which has been lightly stained by gun oil. Has an oval brass plate on front to inscribe one's name. The handle is heavy duty with a lock, but no key, the straps show some light cracking. This appears to be for the Winchester 1890, 22, take-down. Amazing opportunity to acquire a vintage used leather case. Please see photo's for fine detail. SOLD |
