PART OF AN ESTATE UP FOR IS A VERY NICE CONDITION REMINGTON RIFLE THIS GUN IS A 1955 MODEL 550-1. BARELY A MARK ON IT AND CLEAN AS A NEW WHISTLE IN AND OUT. THE GUN IS A SEMI AUTOMATIC DESIGN AND LOADS FROM A MAGAZINE TUBE LOCATED UNDER THE BARREL THIS APPEARS TO HOLD 15 OR MORE ROUNDS OF AMMO THE BARREL LENGTH OF THE GUN IS ABOUT 24 INCHES OR SO AND HAS A FANTASTIC BORE THE CONDITION OF THIS GUN IS FANTASTIC WITH EXCELLENT HIGH GLOSS FACTORY BLUEING COLOR REMAINING ON THE METAL PARTS THE WOOD IS FREE OF CRACKS AND SPLITS AND ALSO RETAINS THE BEAUTIFUL GLOSS FACTORY FINISH. THIS IS THE ONLY ONE OF THESE I HAVE EVER SEEN THAT HAD DOUBLE DIAMOND CHECKERING ONLY ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE PISTOL GRIP. IT HOLDS 19 SHORTS IN THE TUBE 17 LONGS AND 15 LONG RIFLES. IT IS MISSING THE SHELL DEFLECTOR BUT THAT CAN BE PURCHASED AFTERMARKET. I HAVE TAKEN SEVERAL PICTURES TO SHOW ITS TRUE CONDITION I ALSO WOULD BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE…Item is sold as is. No refunds/exchanges.
