Very nice early 3rd Model Colt 1851 Navy Revolver. Serial number 21393. Manufactured in 1853. The gun has smooth surfaces and sharp edges. Overall the gun has a great deal of blue coverage with some nickel plating remaining on the trigger guard. Wonderful crisp Naval Battle cylinder scene, numbers & markings. The action is perfect and tight. Screws are excellent. All parts have matching serial numbers including pin/arbor and wedge. Grips retain original varnish and have usual handling marks...no chips or cracks. Rating the bore an "8". Photos should answer anything I have not provided.
