This is a Winchester Model 70 Featherweight rifle manufactured in 1960. In excellent plus condition the barrel and frame retain virtually all, 99% plus original blue and matte finish with a tiny bit of wear on the bearing surfaces of the bolt. The checkered walnut stock is likewise excellent showing several tiny finish blemishes from handling and storage. It has the original sling swivels and original flip up rear and hooded bead front sights. The original period 4x Redfield Bear Cub scope is installed on Redfield mounts with clear cross hair optics. A fantastic example of a desirable pre-64 Featherweight 70. FFL or C&R SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes |
