The powder measure is marked "IDEAL MFG. CO. NEW HAVEN CONN. USE NO. 6", the other side is marked "PAT AUG 16 1892 OCT 1 95 JUL 18 99". Used in very good condition, slight rub of handle on body, appears complete and functional. Comes with re-printed instruction sheet.
