The High Standard R-101 "Sentinel" is a .22 LR caliber, 9-shot revolver known for its double-action and swing-out cylinder. It was manufactured by High Standard Manufacturing Company from the mid-1950s to the mid-1980s. The R-101 typically features a 6-inch barrel, blued finish, and checkered plastic grips.
