"SN: 1K28288. Made in 1970, .38 Special with a 4"" barrel. Scarce K frame revolver with 4"" heavy barrel, not a model 15 with tapered barrel. These were usually made as special orders for police departments. The metal shows light wear, the left grip panel has a chip missing. Overall very good condition.
