Description:
26 inch round barrel. Sights include original front that has the top shaved down and a flat top sporting rear. Full length magazine. Plain walnut forearm with a straight grip buttstock and a crescent rifle buttplate. Condition rates near excellent overall with the barrel and magazine tube retaining about 98% blue. Near excellent bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling. Frame has dulled to a blue grey patina. Screws are true. Action is crisp and tight. Stocks are solid and full fitting with scattered light wear and handling marks and has the number “95” stamped into the upper left sidebnear the buttplate. Even the butt plate retains the majority of original blue finish. Manufactured in 1917.
