Italian (Armi San Marco) reproduction of Colt Walker .44 percussion revolver. Col Samuel Walker of the Texas Rangers wanted a handgun his Rangers could use from horseback powerful enough to kill a Comanche pony, and Samuel Colt obliged him with this 4.5 lb brute. I purchased this high quality reproduction in 1995 and it has never been fired. It is blued with case colored frame and loading lever and a brass trigger guard. There is a contemporary scene roll engraved on the cylinder. Bore, chambers, grips and finish are as new. Comes with a repro Company A Texas Ranger badge made from a Mexican peso coin.
