The Kel-Tec RFB™ 24 Hunter Bullpup Semi-Auto Rifle is a very unique bullpup platform with its ability to eject spent casings out front rather than to the right side of the shooter. The RFB (Rifle Forward-ejecting Bullpup) is also completely ambidextrous, filling a void in the bullpup world that was leaving lefties in the dark. If you're right handed, this feature is immediately recognizable as a bonus while engaging in shoulder transitions. The manual safety function is intuitive and stops at 45º. When the RFB is discharged, the dual extractors simultaneously extract fired brass and send it down the ejection chute as the bolt reciprocates. On the way back forward, the bolt picks up the next round and guides it into the chamber as the bolt returns into battery. This innovative system saves southpaws who don't have the palate for lead-infused, smoked brass. Kel-Tec gives you a clean trigger that's actually worth their bragging rights in the world of bullpup rifles. The 24" long barrel features the desired 1:11.25 twist rate for .308 Win rifles. You can confidently run a suppressor with a custom-tailored bolt speed on the RFB, due to the reliability of the adjustable gas piston system. The Bullpup has a Zytel forend. The rifle also features a Picatinny top-mount rail for your choice in optic and back-up sights.
