Marlin 39A “Golden” it is a very clean rifle functions and cycles as it should, metal and wood are 95%+ condition MFG 1974 making it 51 years old and a Curio Relic for collectors. The barrel is of course “JM” stamped…if you are wanting a nice 39A this maybe the right choice been seeing these guys at the gun shows for over $1200 so asking price is fair. They are not making any more of these so if you want a rifle that "Annie Oklie" used in her shows, known for its tack driving nature this may be a good choice. ***No Sales Tax if purchased Outside of Oklahoma***
