It comes in a Briley hard case with a ton of accesories including Briley barrel inserts for 20g, 28g and .410. There are lots of chokes for the different barrels as well as choke and tube install and removal tools. It is in good condition and has been used by its last owner. There is some wear and some dings in the wood from its use. Still works great though and is a very well made gun. The barrels are 28".
