Description:
Winchester Model 23 28 Gauge Golden Quail. Blue "Winchester Proof" steel barrels with 2 3/4 inch chambers, automatic ejectors, improved cylinder/modified chokes, single white bead sight, "GOLDEN QUAIL" marking on top of the rib, and light scroll engraving at the breech. Standard Golden Quail edition engraving on the receiver with a dog and quail scene on the left, two quail in flight on the right, and a gold inlaid quail head on the underside. The underside is marked "ONE OF 500". Checkered beavertail forearm and straight grip stock with engraved fittings, and solid Winchester recoil pad. Matching serial numbers.

Condition: Excellent overall with 95% plus original finish, light handling marks, and sharp checkering on the wood. Mechanically excellent. Comes with original hard case.
