This is a pre-owned Marlin Fire Arms Co. Ballard No. 8 Union Hill, production from 1884 to 1890, in .32-40 Ballard with "BROWNING BROS. OGDEN UT" stamped on the top of the barrel and features a Marlin Ballard Wind Gauge front sight with Spirit Level and a Ballard Mid-Range Vernier Tang rear sight
