This Remington 700 is in excellent condition. Bottom of butt (part that rest against sholder) has some scuffs and color trasference from rubbing against something. Wood is blemish free. Looks like it just came off assembly line. Still has that shiny varnish finish. Barrel is clean, clear and has a good bore. Very well maintained by previous owner. Perfect for hunting season! Comes with a Nikon Monarch UCC 4-12x40 scope mounted. All information is correct to the best of our knowledge. Before making a purchase do your own due diligence.
