Description:
Mossberg has long been known for building affordable, budget-friendly firearms for outdoor enthusiasts. Most famous for their American-made shotguns such as the 500, 590, and 900-series, as well as their older rimfire rifles, Mossberg has a long-standing reputation for excellent value products. The Mossberg 930 Pro Series Waterfowl is a 12 gauge semi-automatic gas-operated shotgun that includes a handful of premium features and excellent field reliability at a price point well under $1K. The shotgun features a 3" chamber and 28" barrel, which is ported to help reduce recoil and keep the muzzle low for follow-up shots. The barrel is topped with a vented rib with a red fiber optic front sight, while the receiver is also drilled and tapped to accept scope rails for attaching optics. With this feature, the shotgun could easily be put into action for a variety of uses, whether with rifled slugs for deer hunting, or optics for turkey hunting—even sporting clays and action shooting with the addition of an aftermarket magazine extension! The barrel is threaded to accept other common Mossberg-pattern choke tubes and includes one versatile modified choke tube installed. The gun features a factory finish fully wrapped in Realtree Advantage Max-4 HD camouflage. The 930 Pro Waterfowl has a 4+1 capacity and wears weather-resistant and rugged synthetic furniture with checkering on the pistol grip and forend. The safety is located on the tang for easy access no matter which hand is being used to shoot. This shotgun is in very good used condition. The barrel is clean with no defects, rust, or pitting. The ports are not very dirty and the finish is in quite good condition for a used camouflaged gun. The gun has no significant damage—cosmetic or functional—to speak of.
