Description:
This is an excellent, near new condition .69 Armi Sport Springfield Model 1842 rifled musket dated 1847. Very minor handling marks bore looks pristine. However, there is an area with some tenacious, wax like material about 8" from muzzle. I've been scraping it off and it's not fouling. It'll all be out soon. No idea what it is. Overall, I would rate this a 98%+ gun. $900 + Shipping.
