Description:
Rare Sedgley model 45 22 long rifle. Built in1938 as a prototype by Sedgley himself, this rifle functions either as a semi auto or a bolt action. The rifle is in like new condition, retaining 100% of the original blue and wood finishes. The rifle was built a year before Sedgleys death and was never put into production. If was sold through Rock Island sereral years ago and was purchased out of an estate by the person I got it from. It is a true piece of gunmaking history. A neat little 22 that was just too expensive to build in the later days of the great depression.It comes with two magazines. C&R eligible. Price includes shipping to your FFL.
