Description:
The Winchester Model 43 is an interesting little bolt action rifle, only sold from 1949 to 1957 and chambered in what were then "intermediate" cartridges like the .218 Bee, .22 Hornet, .25-20 and .32-20, it fills a niche in small to medium game hunting that many rifles of the time didn't fill. This example is in very good overall condition, with little wear. however it has had a set of weaver mounts tapped into the top of the action.
