Here offered is a High Standard Model 106 Supermatic Trophy .22 Semi-Auto Target Pistol..These were manufactured 1964-1968. In like-new condition, this example has been skillfully modified by famed pistol smith John Giles of Odessa, FL The original horrible rear “bridge” sight is gone Mr. Giles installed his own front sight, full length rib, and adjustable rear sight. The side of the rib is marked GILES .45 SHOP ODESSA, FLORIDA. The condition suggests it was sent to Odessa a new gun, modified by Mr. Giles, sent back to its owner who put shot it a little and then packed it away in a dresser drawer and forgot it!
