Description:
This is a 1973 S&W model 29 dash 2 with a 4" barrel. It was set up for carry so It has a bobbed hammer putting it in the DAO catagory. I did check and the hammer does lock back so the only alteration was the bobbing. Despite the nice looking pics, the revolver does have various imperfection in the finish. It is certainly not a safe queen and is meant to be shot/carried. It times correctly in double action and there is no cylinder end shake. This revolver is C&R and California OK due to its age. No box or paperwork.
