Description:
Custom 243 built in the early 1960s by Paul Jaeger in Jenkintown,Pa. Built on a Sako 579 action, this rifle has a 26" Douglas premum barrel, timney trigger, engine turned bolt,and Redfield bases with 1" rings. The stock is highly figured European walnut with 28 line checkering. The floorplate,trigger guard,and grip cap are fully engraved with deep cut floral and gold wire inlays. The floorplate has a gold goundhog inlay.All engraving was done in Germany by the Willig family. The rifle is in mint condition and would make a great addition to any collection and a fine rifle for varmints or deer. Price includes shipping to your FFL. Reasonable offers considered
