Beautiful rifle all original except 1883 coin for a front sight..can not load thru the sliding gate so i load as a single shot to kill paper....original box of 17 rounds of 40-65 from the 20s. Wood is very good no repairs or cracks.."and metal is smooth with color...some original blue in protected areas...bore is an 8 with shine and good rifling...excellent trigger pull and shoots to point of aim. Will ship to you ...shipping and insurance included in price...metal and wood r smooth... i want a 45-70 1881 in this condition...40-60 and 40-65 r the same..one is marlin and one is WRA...questions give me a call. Nice caliber. Hardly any recoil at all....will throw in a few reloads about 20...first pic-the finish shows light blue that's is reflection.....finish is second pic.....
