Winchester Model 1873 Lever Action Rifle 38-40 Cal Bore near Exc strong rifling, Mech Exc tight smooth action. Wood is original and excellent with deluxe grain in the stock. Has original buttplate with compartment. Has an original 24” Oct barrel with excellent address, patent date, and caliber markings and has original sights. The receiver has an original dust cover and model 1873 marking on the top tang and the lower tang has the serial#440361 Mfg’d 1892. Metal overall has a fading original blue finish with bright blue in protected areas also the metal has sharp edges showing little wear and use
