Description:
Built with new-manufactured parts from the Bulgarian Arsenal factory, the Arsenal SAM5-62 is an AK-47-pattern rifle chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO. Milled from a cold hammer-forged steel receiver blank, the Arsenal SAM5 rifle is a sleek-looking AK with a robust construction. Premium features included from the factory include an improved 2-stage FIME Enhanced AK trigger group, 16" chrome-lined barrel with 11mm LH threads and AK-351 two-port muzzle brake, and a black polymer fixed stock with metal trapdoor buttplate. This rifle does feature a bayonet lug and cleaning rod slot, but is missing the cleaning rod itself. The receiver has an AKM-pattern accessory rail on the side. Both the front and rear sights are adjustable on this rifle. Aftermarket upgrades to this rifle include a Magpul MOE AK+ rubberized pistol grip and a FAB Defense polymer M-lok handguard for attaching accessories. This rifle is lightly-used and looks like it is in fantastic condition! The rifle operates very smoothly for an AK-pattern rifle and the barrel is clean and without any flaws. The furniture and finish on barrel and receiver are great, with little wear—the only notable wear is along the safety's line of travel. Included with the Arsenal SAM7-62 are the original factory handguard and five magazines: one clear 20-round Circle 10 magazine, two Zastava Z-mag 30-round magazines (which also lock the bolt back on empty), and two AC-Unity 30-round windowed magazines.
