This is a single live round of high brass paper hull, factory loaded 8 gauge shotgun ammunition, #4 shot. The manufacturer is Kirkwood and the headstamp has "No. 8" marking with a line circle. In very fine condition with mild age darkening of the brass a nice example of these massive shotgun cartridges great for display.
