CLASSIC SMITH & WESSON MOD-38 AIRWEIGHT CHAMBERED IN 38 SPECIAL, FIVE ROUND, DA/SA, ENCLOSED/SHROUDED HAMMER DESIGN PERFECT FOR CONCEALED CARRY TO PREVENT SNAGGING, BUT STILL ALLOWS ONE TO COCK THE HAMMER FOR A LIGHTER TRIGGER PULL. ORIGINAL WOOD GRIPS, BLUING ON FRAME OVERALL STILL IN GOOD SHAPE MINOR WEAR ON SHARP EDGES, CYLINDER AND BARREL BLUING IS QUITE HEAVILY FADED, MAYBE 50 TO 60 PERCENT OVERALL BLUING REMAINS ON THOSE SPECIFIC PARTS IF I HAD TO TRY TO QUANTIFY IT. STILL A CLASSIC AND SOMEWHAT RARE REVOLVER MODEL 38 NO DASH AIRWEIGHT A LITTLE PIECE OF CONCEALED CARRY GUN HISTORY
