Description:
For your consideration, a Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Co. model 21 "Grand American" chambered in 20 Gauge. Features include automatic ejectors, an automatic safety, a mechanical trigger with integral selector, and fully jeweled water table and breech face. The AAA fancy full feathercrotch American black walnut furniture is hand checkered with fleur-de-lis insets and is appointed with a leathered rubber pad, steel grip cap with gold inlays, and an ebony tip to the beavertail forearm. The receiver, trigger guard, and chambers are gorgeously engraved with scrollwork and gilded vignettes of Labrador retrievers, pheasant, and partridges. Deeply relieved oak leaves against background stippling decorate the fences. There is an ovoid escutcheon inset along the stock toeline engraved with a previous owner's initials. The 26" barrel is choked Mod, left and IC right, while the 28" is Full, left and Mod right. Stock dimensions are as follows: 14 1/2" LOP, 1 5/8" drop at comb, and 1 7/8" at heel with a slight cast off. 20 Gauge
