Description:
Colt Dragoon, 2nd Model, .44 caliber percussion. Built in 1851 with smooth walnut grips. This is US marked on the left side of the frame under Colt’s patent. This has US Military inspector cartouches on both sides of the grips, and has sub inspector marks on all major parts. There is about 60% of the cylinder scene remaining, and traces of some silver plate. This has all matching numbers to include the wedge, and the bore is VG+.
