"Serial number 73486. Made in 1881. 44-40 caliber with a 4.75" barrel. This gun is in like new condition as engraved and gold inlaid by legendary engraver Weldon Bledsoe. The left hand side of the barrel has the 2 LAZY 2 P brand that both Cole Agee and Bledsoe used. Mr. Bledsoe was trained by Cole Agee. This gun has a factory letter we believe is a factory error. It lists this gun as a US Cavalry model, but this gun is a 4 ¾"" barrel in 44-40 and all parts are matching and do not appear modified. The right hand side of the frame has the Weldon Bledsoe engraving mark. The grips are nicely checkered and have gold plated medallions. These guns have a velvet lined case accompanying this gun with a label describing this gun. Very fine Texas engraved Colt Single Action Army by well known Texas engraver Weldon Bledsoe.
