Description:
This is a sealed 20 round packet of .45 Revolver Ball smokeless ammunition manufactured by the Frankford Arsenal labeled as Lot No. 60, of 1908. The packet remains sealed with the original pull string intact having crisp graphics with some minor age soiling and several stain spots. This was among the earliest of the ammunition developed for the Colt New Service Model 1909 and featured a wider rim and smokeless powder load meant to equal that of the previous black powder loads. A scarce early 45 ammo packet.
