Hammerguns - A well-built top lever hammer gun made for 1890 by the famous W.W. Greener.
The hammers feel great with strong springs and fine positive engagement. No sponge or over-travel, they feel really best quality. Perfectly tight lock-up as you would expect from Greener\'s cross bolt. The action still retains some case color 135 years later!
The sleeved bores are clean and shiny as you would hope. Nitro proofed for modern 2 1/2" cartridges. The chequered top rib clearly displays \'W.W.Greener\'s "Forester\'s" Gun. 68 Haymarket London\' and is proudly marked \'Greener\'s Treble Wedge Fast\'.
A modern Kick-Ezz pad has been fitted by some previous custodian, easily replaced to required length. The well figured stock is neutral cast - good for the right or left shoulder.
