Description:
.45-100 caliber, 32" part octagon barrel finished blue. Casehardened falling block receiver with external hammer. Checkered forend and pistol grip stock ending in a checkered steel buttplate. Sights consist of windage adjustable globe front and long-range vernier adjustable rear tang sight. The rifle is also equipped with a factory heel position located and the rear. In very fine original condition with the barrel retaining most of the blue and the receiver showing fading case colors mixing with silver. Very nice wood with some minor handling marks and crisp checkering and varnish. Excellent bright bore. Very scarce only 258 mfg.
