This probable Enfield No. 2 revolver (manufacture window c.1930–1957) is a compelling piece of British/Commonwealth military history: imported to the U.S. by Century Arms International of St. Albans, Vermont, it bears a cylinder RFI stamp indicating it passed through the Isopore (Royal Ordnance Factory/Indian service) facility, and a DI mark with a star that ties the frame into wartime Enfield service. We don't have a definitive manufacturer on file — it may be an RSAF/Webley & Scott piece or one of the many subcontracted makers that produced Enfield-pattern revolvers — but those uncertain origins only add to the researchable provenance and collector intrigue.
