Description:
.44-77 bottle neck ctg, 28" full octagon heavy barrel open front sight and folding ladder rear barrel sight. Casehardened rolling block action, plain uncheckered forend with casehardened steel forend cap. Straight buttstock ending with a steel buttplate. The barrel having blue mixing with plum brown patina and the early E. Remington legend is still easily read. The receiver, buttplate and forend cap a pleasing brown patina, remaining crisp with sharp edges. Very nice bright bore with sharp rifling. Weight 10 lbs 3 oz.
