"Serial No. 6267703, manufactured circa August 1944, chambered in .30 Carbine, with an 18" round barrel marked: “INLAND MFG. DIV./GENERAL MOTORS/10-44". This carbine has been updated with post-war features, including a T-4 barrel band marked “JM", a round bolt, and a Type III adjustable rear sight marked “I.R.C.O./7160060". A flip safety has also been installed. The low wood stock remains in very good condition, displaying light handling impressions and bearing a visible cartouche. A solid representation of a WWII-production Inland M1 Carbine that received later upgrades during post-war service life. Action is smooth and functions correctly.
