This Remington 700 BDL features blued steel, walnut stock with cut checkering, and a hinged floor plate. A very classic design. The muzzle has a recessed target style crown.
Overall this rifle is in good condition. The metal is about 90-95% condition. The wood is mostly in good condition with minor imperfections and two notable issues. #1 the buttstock on the bottom (heel area) has some dents/dings. #2 there is a small repair in the stock right by the safety where the wood is thin. It looks like a small crack had been repaired at some point. It‚s not very noticeable but it is noteworthy. See pictures for both issues, neither will impact the performance of the rifle.
The bore and rifling are in great condition. This will make a really nice hunting rifle, worthy of your collection. It comes as pictured, rifle only. No factory box.
