Synopsis:

The SR9 tactical rifle was an extension of the H&K 91 series, developed to qualify as a sporting and target rifle after the U.S. began an importation ban on rifles with military traits in 1989. This is a virtually new example with quick detachable scope mount, tactical bag, instruction manual and tools.

Description:

Standard configuration H&K SR9 semi-auto rifle, cal: 7.62x51mm (.308 Winchester), with 21" barrel, hooded post front and diopter drum rear sights. The left side marked with “SR9 46-000590/HK (logo) Cal. 762x51/KA" (1990) date code, right side marked "Made in W-Germany/HK (logo) Inc. Sterling VA". Contoured, ergonomic, and textured wood pistol grip with adjustable heel rest. Fixed buttstock with elevation-adjustable cheek rest and removable buttplate. Complete with quick detach scope mount, factory bipod, one 20 round steel HK magazine marked G3 HK/ 12/64, H&K factory bag, instruction manual and tools. No scope.

Condition:

The rifle is in near new condition with virtually no handling marks or sign of operational wear. Few insertional scuffs of the magazine. Mirror bore. Correct manual mechanics.
