( Genuine Armory Steel) Manufactured by Crescent Firearms Company for H. D. Folsom Stores ( Primarily Hardware ) from 1893 - 1930. ( Estimated DOM 1900 SN 627951 ). This piece is in remarkable condition for being a 100 plus year old firearm. It has a 30 inch barrel, is approximately 46 inches overall length and weighs in at a little over 6 pounds. The gun functions as it should. The metal is good with no rust, there are dings in the wood as can be expected from a gun of this age. It is missing the original butt cap. The trigger pull is strong and the break release is smooth. The bore is bright and clean. This gun should be inspected by a professional gunsmith if there is any intent on firing it.
