The Ruger Super Redhawk is designed with an extended frame that provides extra metal on the top strap, sidewalls, and barrel mounting areas to handle powerful big game loads. To withstand heavy recoil, the triple-locking cylinder is locked into the frame at the front, rear, and bottom, so it stays aligned without getting sloppy over time.
