"Serial No. 42602, manufactured circa early 1900s, 9mm Browning Long, 5" round barrel The pistol retains approximately 70% of its original blue finish, with grip straps and various contact points fading to a light brown patina from handling and age. Factory markings remain sharp and crisp, and the slide bears the early-style legend without dashes, found on initial production runs. The pistol is cut for a shoulder stock, a feature often seen on military-contract models. Fitted with FN monogram hard rubber grips, which show expected handling wear, but remain intact. The action is smooth and functions correctly. The FN 1903 was inspired by the Colt 1903 and designed to compete with the Luger in military trials.
