Description:
A fine example of the iconic Winchester lever-action rifle. This Model 1873 is in good condition for its age, showing honest wear consistent with use and history. The finish has worn throughout with areas of light pitting, giving it a classic aged patina. The walnut stock shows handling marks and some chipping in places, typical for a rifle of this era. Mechanically sound with a clean bore and strong rifling. A solid collectible piece from the late 19th century.

C&R: A C&R license is acceptable for C&R firearms. Firearms determined to be C&Rs by ATF and/or guns known to be at least 50 years old. A C&R license is only valid for the person to whom it is issued to.

CALIFORNIA: We do ship to California if it falls within what is legal. Many older handguns cannot be shipped into California due to State Restrictions. C&R Handguns are exempt from this restriction. As they are exempt, they are unable to be shipped directly to that C&R License. California law will NOT allow shipment of C&R firearms directly to a C&R holder in the State of California. You must have the firearm shipped to a 01 FFL Holder.

NEW YORK: Handguns cannot be shipped directly to a C&R holder in the State of New York and must be transferred through a dealer. Antique cartridge handguns require an FFL transfer in New York City.

    SAFETY NOTICE: Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a used gun is safe to fire. Not all the firearms offered have been test fired, rather they have been given a visual inspection for purposes. It is a requirement that every used firearm is inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. By, the buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise.

    RETURN POLICY: All firearms come with a 5-day Monday-Friday inspection/return policy. The inspection period begins at the time of delivery to your dealer. It is your responsibility to inspect the firearm within this time frame. In the case of a return, the buyer pays all shipping. With all returns there is $75 restocking fee! PLEASE, ask questions before.
